The St. James dance studio is equipped for professional level training in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop and contemporary techniques. Our programs promote well-rounded, healthy and versatile dancers with the technical standards and artistic flair to set them apart while also preparing them up for success on and off the stage. Our classes are designed to balance mental and physical maturity with technical proficiency to ensure the best training and a rewarding experience. The St. James Difference

With access to our state-of-the-art dance studios, Health Club, Pilates studios, gymnastics center, Strength & Conditioning training, and nutrition seminars, dancers develop both physically and mentally in our holistic approach. Program highlights include:

  • Unique camps and clinics for dancers, teams, ice skaters, and gymnasts

Movement Agility Game Basics

Our EXPLORE programs focus on the most fundamental skills, with an emphasis on body movement and agility. Athletes learn the basics of the game and begin their lifelong love for the game.
