Club Wrestling Program
A premier wrestling training experience designed for student-athletes who are committed to developing their technical skill, athleticism, and competitive edge. The program is open to youth and high school athletes, ages 5–18, looking to train, improve, and compete at the highest levels.
Practice Schedule:
- Monday & Thursday: 6:00 PM-8:00 PM
 - Sunday: Regional Training Center (invite based/advanced level sessions)

About The Combat Sports Academy
The St. James Performance Academy Combat Sports Program offers elite coaching, high-level competition, and comprehensive athlete support. Key features include:

Private Lessons
Private lessons at The St. James give athletes a competitive edge through personalized coaching, elite facilities, and focused skill development. Every session is designed to build confidence, sharpen technique, and translate training into real match success.
- Personalized Coaching: Work one-on-one with an experienced wrestling coach who tailors every session to your athlete’s goals, helping refine stance, takedowns, defense, and mat strategy.
 - Technical Precision: Develop rock-solid fundamentals through targeted drills on footwork, positioning, and hand fighting, with constant feedback for faster improvement.
 - Strength & Conditioning: Build explosive power, agility, and endurance with sport-specific workouts designed in The St. James’ world-class performance training spaces.
 - Tactical & Situational Training: Prepare for real match moments with live drills and situational work that teach athletes how to stay composed, think strategically, and finish strong.
 - Video Review & Strategy: Use film analysis to evaluate technique, study match performance, and craft a game plan that plays to each wrestler’s strengths.
