- Transition + Smoothie Break + Film Review: 1:00 PM-2:30 PM
- Strength Session: 2:30 PM-4:00 PM @ The St. James
Programs
Fall Cross Country Program
Tailored for athletes in Grades K–8, with training groups based on age and ability level. Whether your child is just starting out or already logging miles, our program helps develop endurance, strength, and a love for running. Cross Country is also an excellent complement to other sports that demand cardiovascular fitness, agility, and mental toughness.
Athletes will have the opportunity to race distances from 1K to 5K, depending on age and comfort level.

- September 11th - November 9th
- Practice - Wednesdays, 5:30 PM-7:30 PM @ The St. James
- Practice - Sundays, 7:30 AM-8:30 AM @The St. James or off-site trails/tracks
STJ Academy
The St. James Performance Academy is an innovative college preparatory program designed to provide unparalleled development opportunities for dedicated middle and high school student-athletes in a tailored learning environment.
We are proud to announce Maurice Hutton as the new Director of Track & Field, leading the Academy's competitive running program. Hutton's coaching philosophy emphasizes a holistic approach, balancing technical skill development with mental preparation, leadership, and academic success.

The St. James Running & Track & Field program is a comprehensive, year-round training experience that welcomes athletes of all ages and skill levels from youth and beginners to high school, collegiate, and post-collegiate competitors. Now including both running and track & field disciplines, the program offers specialized coaching across all event groups: sprints, middle-distance, distance, hurdles, jumps, throws, and multi-events. Whether you’re a first-time runner or an experienced athlete from any sport, our expert coaches will help improve your speed, endurance, and overall performance in a motivating, professional environment.
