Winter Baseball Training - Little League
Stay sharp this winter! Our Little League Winter Baseball Training helps young players keep improving during the offseason.
Players will work on hitting, fielding, throwing, and agility with fun, competitive drills led by our coaching staff. It’s a great way to build confidence, get better, and stay ready for spring.

Winter Baseball Training - Middle & High School
This program is for players who want to get better and get ready for their school season. Training covers everything from hitting and defense to arm care, strength work, and game awareness — all in a top-notch indoor facility.

Winter Softball Training
Keep your game strong this offseason! Our Winter Softball Training helps young players continue improving through focused, high-energy sessions. Athletes will work on hitting, fielding, throwing, and agility through competitive drills led by our experienced coaching staff.

Coach/Machine Pitch Warm Up Series
The St. James Coach/Machine Pitch program offers a fun and developmental experience for young players transitioning from T-Ball to competitive baseball. This hybrid format combines the consistency of machine pitching with the engagement of coach pitching—ensuring players see more hittable pitches, make more plays, and build confidence in every game.

Batting Cages
Our indoor baseball facility in Springfield, VA features 6 baseball and softball pitching and hitting tunnels with Hack Attack Machines, plus Hittrax for performance measurement and analysis. Batting cages are available for hourly rental and are perfect for individual hitters, small groups, private lessons, or team training sessions. Each cage features professional-grade equipment and a controlled training environment designed to support players of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re working on swing mechanics, timing, or getting in extra reps before the season, our batting cages are ready when you are—so you can step in, lock in, and take your best swings.
