Winter Baseball Training - Little League
Stay sharp this winter! Our Little League Winter Baseball Training helps young players keep improving during the offseason.
Players will work on hitting, fielding, throwing, and agility with fun, competitive drills led by our coaching staff. It’s a great way to build confidence, get better, and stay ready for spring.

Winter Baseball Training - Middle & High School
This program is for players who want to get better and get ready for their school season. Training covers everything from hitting and defense to arm care, strength work, and game awareness — all in a top-notch indoor facility.

Winter Softball Training
Keep your game strong this offseason! Our Winter Softball Training helps young players continue improving through focused, high-energy sessions. Athletes will work on hitting, fielding, throwing, and agility through competitive drills led by our experienced coaching staff.

Position Training
This academy-style training is designed to provide specialized positional instruction in a high-rep, high-focus setting. Athletes are grouped by position and ability level to refine mechanics, movement patterns, and game readiness.
- Infield: Footwork, glove control, arm angles, throw-on-the-run
- Outfield: First-step reaction, angles, transfer/throw mechanics, crow hop
- Catching: Receiving, blocking, transfers, throw-downs, pop time
- Pitching: Balance, tempo, sequencing, pitch design
- Hitting: Approach, rhythm/timing, bat path correction

Our indoor baseball facility in Springfield, VA features 6 baseball and softball pitching and hitting tunnels with Hack Attack Machines, plus Hittrax for performance measurement and analysis.
