The St. James is the leading developer and operator of premium, technology-driven and content-rich sports, performance training, wellness and entertainment destinations, events, programs and experiences in the United States. The St. James is launching a national RFP to prospective government and university partners seeking a third party to develop and manage sports and recreation assets with public financial support.  The St. James is eager to bring the high quality experience and positive economic impact created by our Flagship Campus in Springfield, Virginia to communities around the country. 

The St. James has developed an easy process for interested jurisdictions and entities to bring The St. James experience to their community.  The company is open to evaluating a wide range of opportunities to develop and manage a range of indoor and outdoor sports, recreation and wellness assets.  Qualifying opportunities include both new development, as well as the redevelopment and refurbishment of existing assets.
