The St. James offers comprehensive high performance training programs for clients of different ages and abilities to boost their athleticism, enhance on-field performance and enhance robustness to avoid injuries. Our approach to performance enhancement uses state-of-the-art in-person training methods as well as digital tools to give each client a playbook that is tailored, data-driven and optimizes their ability to perform, recover and refuel mentally and physically to excel in sport and life. Our youth program includes speed, agility, coordination, mobility and functional strength training, performance testing, nutrition guidance, and regeneration techniques to aid in development.

Focus on Speed, Performance, Athlete Empowerment, Athletic Skills Enhancement, and Individual Athlete's Drive to Improve. All camp activities will be designed by Mateus Manoel, Director of Performance, and taught by members of The St. James Performance team.
