We are hosting a performance testing event for Middle and High School athletes to be evaluated on standard athletic metrics. There will be 12 events with a goal of giving each athlete an idea of what areas they need to work on, in order to improve performance in their respective sports.
Four week program that will meet on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM. Sessions will include a speed and agility training portion and a strength & power training portion.
