Total Athlete is a dynamic and challenging fitness class designed to push your limits and transform your body by encompassing Burn, Build, and Recover elements.
Starting with BURN, get ready to sweat with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The BUILD segment focuses on building strength and muscle mass through compound moves with heavy weights. Then RECOVER with active mobility drills and stretches to improve your range of motion, enhance flexibility, and prevent injuries.
