The St. James Mobile App FAQs

Why do I need The St. James Mobile App?

For your safety and convenience, we have developed an App that members are required to use in order to access the Complex and plan their activities. Below are some examples of activities that can be done in the App:

  • Complete the required Health Check before accessing The St. James
  • Reserve time to workout or use The St. James venues
  • Provide venue access updates and safety information
  • Register for virtual classes and personal training
  • Order from Vim & Victor

We will continue to add new features to The St. James App over time and as we open more venues at The St. James.

How to a create or access my account?

In order to log into the App, you must have the username and password that you established when you became a member. If you do not remember this information or have trouble logging in, please email us at memberservices@thestjames.com.

How do I update my account information?

In the app, tap Settings, then Profile for ways to contact The St. James team to edit your information. If you need additional assistance, please email us at memberservices@thestjames.com.

The St. James Anywhere FAQs

How do I sign up?

Classes are available via The St. James mobile app which can be downloaded for iPhone and Android.

How much does it cost?

Classes are complimentary for members. Classes for non-members, or those who have frozen their account, are $15 each.

Are these classes live?

Yes - all classes are live and will be taught via Zoom. Please make sure you have Zoom downloaded to your device prior to class starting in order to partake in the live session.

Can the instructor see me and give me feedback?

Yes the instructor will be able to see you and provide feedback during class.

Can I ask questions during class?

Yes you may ask questions during class.

Can I play my own music?

Yes you can mute your Zoom and play your own music. You can also find a class-specific playlist on Spotify.

How do I join a class?

An email with the Zoom link will be sent approximately 2 hours prior to class.

What’s the class cancellation policy?

If you can't make class, please cancel 24 hours before class start time in order to receive a full refund. If you cancel later than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a $15 fee, regardless of membership status. This allows us to open a new spot for someone on the waiting list. Cancelations can be done in The St. James Mobile App.

Do classes expire?

Classes expire after 6 months.

How many people are in each class?

Each class is capped at 20 people.
