Questions about Memberships?

Bring The St. James experience home with you. When you’re away from our complex, you can still keep up with our community through a variety of online fitness and lifestyle classes.

Our virtual 60-minute classes are built to provide individualized attention in a 20 person group setting via Zoom. We have several classes a day with different coaches to choose from. We’ll give you modifications and form corrections to help you get the most out of your workout. All you need is room to move, but we recommend adding a mat and weights if you have them.

To register for The St. James Anywhere virtual classes, download The St. James Mobile App. Confirmation of your reservation and a Zoom link for the class will be sent to your email.

How do you register for a class & how much does it cost?

Classes are complimentary for members. Classes for non-members, or those who have frozen their account, are $15 each. Registration for classes is done in The St. James App. After you register you will receive a confirmation email followed by an email including the Zoom link for your class.

What do I need for my class?

If you are new to The St. James Anywhere, please make sure you have downloaded Zoom before class. For your class you will need space to move and water. We recommend adding a mat and weights, though they are not mandatory.

You can find a playlist crafted specifically for your class on Spotify.

How many people are in each class?

Each class is capped at 20 people.

What do I do if I need to cancel a class reservation?

If you can't make class, please cancel 24 hours before class start time in order to receive a full refund. If you cancel later than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a $15 fee, regardless of membership status. This allows us to open a new spot for someone on the waiting list. Cancelations can be done in The St. James Mobile App.
