The St. James Junior Lacrosse Camp offers younger players the chance to strengthen their game fundamentals with expert coaching and hands-on practice. Each day, campers will focus on key skills like passing, catching, shooting, and ground ball techniques in a supportive environment.

PLL - Whipsnakes Summer Camps
These camps will help beginner, intermediate, and experienced players develop their skills and take their game to the next level with elite technical training and game knowledge development. The curriculum is tailored to maximize small group instruction, station-based position-specific instruction, and game-like competition to teach and reinforce skills. All players will receive a Maryland Whipsnakes uniform!

STJ Summer Clinic Series
The St. James Summer Lacrosse Clinic Series offers a comprehensive program designed to elevate players' skills, confidence, and passion for the game. Held at The St. James's state-of-the-art facility in Springfield, Virginia, the series caters to athletes of all ages and skill levels.
- Skill-Specific Clinics: Focused sessions on shooting, passing, dodging, and defense to refine fundamental techniques.
- Position-Specific Training: Specialized clinics for attackers, mid-fielders, goalies to enhance positional play.
- Advanced Training: High-performance clinics aimed at preparing players for competitive play, including high school and club-level competition.

Summer R.E.P.S. Clinics
Repetition, Experience, Practice & Skill
The R.E.P.S. program is designed to help athletes refine and perfect their lacrosse skills through focused, high-repetition training. Unlike traditional practices that emphasize team skills and plays, R.E.P.S. offers athletes the opportunity to work individually on fundamental techniques—whether it's dodging, shooting, or defensive movements. By repeating these skills in a controlled environment, athletes will build muscle memory and improve their overall performance on the field.

With a program that includes both Stars Lacrosse in Northern VA and MC Elite Lacrosse in Montgomery County, MD, The St. James offers year-round lacrosse training and elite tournament competition for girls in Youth, Middle School, and High School across the DMV to play at the highest level.
