Best gym with the cleanest facilities. Has something for everyone. The classes and the instructors are amazing and the child care is also amazing. My 5 year old really loves going there and the staff truly care. The cafe also is a nice pit stop for dinner and they always have great events! Can’t say enough about this gym!

I’m so glad I came across this mega complex of a gym. Everyone is SO friendly, the facility is huge and so advanced…fantastic spa, great equipment selection, and something I didn’t realize I needed…on site EMTs…I personally train here and then attend adult rec leagues here and am so glad they use this gym. Great value for what you’re getting.

During each session, I feel equal parts challenged and supported. I make steady progress and every week I see improvement, both physically and mentally. I am learning to challenge myself and push my limits.
