What do the different levels of trainers mean?
Level 1 trainers have a built a strong foundation in understanding the science behind exercise programs for each body. They strive to build a personal relationship with every individual to understand their unique needs and assist in reaching their goals swiftly. Each trainer holds a nationally recognized certification and has proven successful experience in the role.
In addition to the base requirements, Level 2 trainers have proven themselves driven for excellence while delivering results for members of The St. James. Level 2 trainers have additionally committed to deepening their knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics by proficiently completing additional education to ensure consistency in results.
Level 3 trainers are the most elite coaches The St. James has to offer. In addition to extensive experience in health and fitness, and a proven track record for providing clients results over time, Level 3 trainers have completed specialty continuing education, complementing their superior knowledge of program design, helping to guide each member on their journey to their best.
