Events At The St. James

We are proud to be welcoming back The St. James Open to the venue this November 5-9th. Elevated this season to Copper level event on the PSA Squash Tour we are expected to draw in multiple of the top players in the world who will battle it out to be crown champion!

This year running alongside the event we are also hosting a US Squash sanctioned JCT event, which will also feature some of the best juniors in the country battling it out.

Drop the kids off at Super, Awesome & Amazing for 4 hours of action-packed fun at Friday Night Fun Camp! Designed for ages 6–13, kids will enjoy water park adventures, climbing challenges, dinner, a movie, and arcade play—all while you take some well-deserved downtime.

Join us for a US Squash-affiliated JCT Squash Championship. This event provides competitive opportunities for amateur athletes to play matches in a tournament format. Athletes will be seeded based on experience and skill rating according to U.S Squash. Tournament rules will conform with US Squash.

Performance Club Springfield

The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P'F"T) is a free event designed to give you the perfect introduction to HYROX and measure your HYROX fitness level. It is also a helpful guide if you are unsure what division you should sign up for for the HYROX main event.

The PFT Workout: 1,000m Run / 50 Burpee Broad Jumps / 100 Stationary Lunges / 1000m Row / 30 Push-Ups / 100 Wallballs

The St. James will host the 4th Annual All-Star Senior Bowl game on January 2nd in our state of the art Fieldhouse. This game will house the top athletes from DC, Maryland, and Virginia. DMV's top senior studs will come together one last time to showcase their talents in front of high to mid caliber college coaches.
