The St. James Performance Academy Gymnastics Invited Practices provide an opportunity for gymnasts to work with our coaches and be assessed for The St. James Performance Academy Gymnastics program. Gymnasts will work across all 4 apparatus with our Academy Head Coach and then join practice with the appropriate USAG level.

Participants should come prepared in proper athletic attire (including grips, if necessary) and be ready to participate in a structured evaluation and practice session with our coaching staff.

All student-athletes and families interested in attending The St. James Performance Academy are encouraged to attend this in-depth presentation to learn more about the STJ Academy and our tailored learning and athletic experience, meet the Director, and ask any questions you may have.
