Volleyball Training for Beginners- Spikers (U10) 8 weeks
Fundamental technical skills are introduced and developed at this stage. Maximize touches with the ball. Introduce game concepts, court positioning and position specific skills. Footwork, agility, movements and spacing are integral at this stage. Players will begin to learn transitions from offense to defense as well.

Lil’ Spikers focuses on developing athletic skills: balance, agility, coordination and speed. Our introductory volleyball programs focus on the basic physical movements and basic athletic skills for young children to excel later in their athletic career.
